Speed4CA provides a platform management service that enables:

  • Unified tenant code management across multiple SaaS applications
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication
  • Centralized user and subscription management
  • Access to integrated business applications (TlaunchMT, Inventory, Accounting, Project Management, CRM)

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and tenant code
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription terms:

  • Trial Period: New accounts may receive a trial period as specified during registration
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • At your request to close your account

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may delete your data after account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
